This Privacy Policy explains how CORALWISPDECOR LLC ("Coralwisp," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Content you submit: photos, images, audio, video, and text you upload or import so an app can process it (for example, to enhance a photo or transcribe a recording).
  • Communications: information you send us when you contact support, request assistance, or provide feedback.
  • Account details (if applicable): an email address or identifier if a specific app offers an account or subscription.

Information collected automatically

  • Device & usage data: device model, operating system version, app version, language, and non-identifying usage events used to keep the app working and improve it.
  • Diagnostics: crash reports and performance data to help us fix bugs.

Device permissions

Some features require your permission to access parts of your device. You are always asked first, and you can change these choices in your device settings at any time:

  • Photos / Media: to let you select and process images or videos.
  • Camera: to capture a photo or video for processing, if a feature uses it.
  • Microphone: to record audio for transcription or cleanup, if a feature uses it.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
  • To process the content you submit and return the result to you.
  • To improve, personalize, and develop new features.
  • To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and keep the Services secure.
  • To respond to your requests and provide customer support.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your submitted content to identify you or for advertising.

3. How your content is processed

Depending on the app and feature, processing may happen on your device or on secure servers. When content is sent to a server for processing, it is transmitted over encrypted connections and is used only to perform the task you requested. We retain such content only as long as needed to deliver the result, and then delete it, unless a feature explicitly saves it for you.

4. Third-party services

We may use trusted third-party providers for cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and — where a feature requires it — AI model processing. These providers may process data on our behalf under agreements that require them to protect it and use it only to provide their services to us. App stores (Apple App Store and Google Play) also process certain information under their own privacy policies.

5. Data retention

We keep information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Submitted media used purely for one-time processing is deleted promptly after the result is returned.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to protect your data.

7. Children's privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at help@coralwisp.com and we will delete it.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You can also manage device permissions in your device settings, and uninstall an app at any time. To make a request, email help@coralwisp.com.

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and residents of the EEA/UK may have additional rights under the GDPR. We honor these rights in accordance with applicable law.

9. International users

We are based in the United States. If you use the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries with different data-protection laws. We take steps to protect it consistent with this policy.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
