Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and CORALWISPDECOR LLC ("Coralwisp," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. License to use the Services

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our apps for your personal or internal business purposes. This license is also subject to the rules of the app store you obtained the app from (Apple App Store or Google Play).

3. Your content

You retain all ownership rights in the images, audio, video, text, and other content you submit to the Services ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the requested features to you. You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative, including any content involving minors.
• Create deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading media intended to harm others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
• Use automated means to access the Services in a way that harms them or circumvents usage limits.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, models, designs, text, graphics, logos, and the Coralwisp name, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights in the Services.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

Some features may require a one-time purchase or a subscription. Payments, billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by the applicable app store under its terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your app store account settings before the renewal date.

7. Third-party services

The Services may rely on or link to third-party services (such as app stores, cloud providers, and AI processing providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated or AI-processed results may contain inaccuracies or artifacts; you are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CORALWISPDECOR LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim, or US $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CORALWISPDECOR LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling our apps. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
